Can you really ‘Profit Through the Power of Words’?

If you run Your Own online business, let me ask you a question.

How do you Make Your money?

I am not talking here about whether you use AdSense to make money from Pay Per Click advertising or whether you are promoting products or services as an affiliate. The point that

I am trying to get at is, what is it that actually makes money before the visitor even arrives on your AdSense page or sees your affiliate offer?

The answer to the question is, it is words that make money for you, right? After all, if there was no written content on your AdSense page, there would be nothing to keep your visitor

on that page long enough for them to click on your advert. Alternatively, if you cannot write articles or attach a written description to your videos that pulls targeted visitors to your

affiliate product review page, you can never generate any sales and therefore there will be no commission either.

In essence, every single aspect of your business depends upon your ability to use words, so it is logical that improving your ability to use words is also likely to improve the

profitability of your business whilst doing so.

For example, if you have ever published articles on any of the leading article directory sites, take a look at your statistics. You will inevitably find that some of your articles have

performed far more successfully than others by driving two or three times more visitors to your site then your less successful articles managed.

Why is this?

If my own experience is anything to go by, it is likely to be because some of your articles have a more interesting subject matter, but this is generally true in only a small percentage of

cases.

More commonly, you might find that it is because some of your articles are far more interesting in and of themselves, that they ‘grab’ and ‘keep hold’ of the reader far more

effectively. Hence, if you could improve the overall quality of all of your articles, you would inevitably drive more visitors to your site thereby improving your income.

No matter how good a writer you are at the present time, you can always be better and you must therefore do whatever it takes to improve.
