Can I combine two different sets of sea monkeys?

I have a sea monkey container (the one it came with) and they have all hatched and are about half way done growing. I just put water purifier to start another tank, and I was thinking that maybe I would combine the two tanks after the newer ones all hatch. Would that be any harm to the sea monkeys?

I doubt it would harm them if they are brine shrimp or daphnia.
